Bush to order 20,000 more US troops to (Reverse lookup) Iraq

Bush, looking to reverse the steep slide in support for the unpopular war, will acknowledge that previously "flawed" plans lacked sufficient US and Iraqi troops and left some armed groups "off limits," said one senior adviser.
The announcement was the first sign that the dispute could be ending.
