A FRENCH convict who admitted killing another inmate and said he ate the man's heart was a schizophrenic who asked to be isolated in prison, his lawyer said.
A Bessemer man serving time for identity theft seems not to have learned his lesson. Jefferson County authorities said Rodney Dunlap, 26, has continued his antics in prison, devising an elaborate plan to commit high-dollar identity theft from inside his jail cell.
Authorities also locate the car he was driving with his girlfriend and son. Authorities captured the escaped Citrus County inmate at 5 p.m. Thursday, more than 100 miles from the Kensington Fire Station where he walked off a work detail the day before.
